1. General provisions

1.1 The present regulations define the conditions of electronic services provided by the website Friendly.freewebseodirectory (“the Website”) owned by Eurohost Maciej Heród located in Kraków, Poland, hereinafter called “Eurohost”. 1.2 The User is obliged to abide by the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use while using the Website.

3.1 The User is permitted to use the Website only to search for the information published on the Website or to submit an offer/article by an authorised person. The User is prohibited form using personal data of a third party without their permission.

3.2 The User is permitted to use the Website for lawful purposes only, obliged to abide by the Terms of Use and prohibited from interfering with the Website operations and other Users. All entries violating  Terms of Use will be deleted without warning.  

3.3 Every user is entitled to submit a company to be placed in FriendlyFreeWebSeoDirectory catalogue. Internet users can submit offers using a form available on the Website.

3.4 The offer submitted by the User is reviewed by the editor. The editor evaluates the contents as well as the aesthetics of the offer.

3.5 Companies whose web pages are under construction with virtually no contents and companies without web pages are not added  to the Catalogue.


3.6 The submitted offer/article is required to be described properly and in detail, the key words should be separated with commas and cannot appear more than once.


The page description is required to concern only the company’s activity, the description, key words and title cannot include special characters, contact data, prices, advertising slogans, etc.

The description cannot consist of a cluster of keywords. Pages without any description will not be added.

3.7 The Catalgogue FriendlyFreeWebSeoDirectory restricts the right to accept or refuse offers/articles submitted to the Catalogue.


The reasons for rejection include inconsistency between the subject of the service and the category in the catalogue, unlawfulness, unavailability of the Website at the moment of moderation, invalid entry, etc.

3.8 The Catalogue FriendlyFreeWebSeoDirectory restricts the right to edit the description, key words and the title of offers/articles to suit the requirements of the Catalogue. The editing may include: correction of spelling mistakes and punctuation, limiting the number of characters in the description, modification of the title of the offer/article, deleting forbidden text elements.

3.9 The Catalogue FriendlyFreeWebSeoDirectory can contain only one link to your offer in a chosen category.
Therefore you are requested to select the category deliberately as ill-suited entries may result in the link deletion by the editor.

The offer should not be submitted more repeatedly. The Catalogue is moderated daily (on weekdays) and entries are added to the Catalogue as soon as possible.

3.10 Registration on the Website www.Friendly.FreeWebSeoDirectory.com constitutes your agreement to receive e mail concerning the Catalogue.

The Catalogue Administrator will refuse to add the offer/page if a fictitious or invalid e-mail address was used to submit it.
4. User Obligations

4.1 The User agrees to be bound by the present regulations of the Terms of Use.

4.2 The user is obliged to provide real non-fictitious data.

4.3  The User using the Website for unlawful purposes, not abiding by the Terms of Use or interfering with the Website operations and other Users will be removed without warning.

The User is permitted to use the Website for lawful purposes only, obliged to abide by the Terms of Use and prohibited from interfering with the Website operations and other Users. All entries violating  Terms of Use will be deleted without warning.  In justified cases, the User can be subjected to personal liability in a suit or prosecution.

4.4 Submitting the offer constitutes the agreement to accept and abide by the Terms of Use.  The User cannot submit their offer/article to the Catalogue FriendlyFreeWebSeoDirectory if they object to the present regulations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 The User is accessing the Website entirely at their own risk and cost. The Website is provided by Eurohost without any warranty that the access and use will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Eurohost is not liable for any consequences of the use of information obtained through the Website, particularly the consequences of the decisions the User makes basing on the information.

6.2 Eurohost accepts no liability for errors or interruptions in the functioning of the Website.

7. Sponsored entries

7.1 After the submission to the Catalogue and the payment of $2, the submitted website will be shown as a sponsored entry for one year from the day of submission.

7.2  Sponsored links are shown at random, 5 at one time (5 entries are randomized out of all the sponsored entries) on the main site. Eurohost is not liable for the frequency of appearance of a given entry.


8. Final provisions

8.1 Eurohost restricts the right to make changes and modifications to the present regulations.

The Terms of Use take effect on 1th January 2011 until further notice.
